The objective of this Institute is to promote an institution in a unique way to provide comprehensive, innovative and international education with Masters in Management Studies (MMS) to all fresh candidates who want to improve their technical and professional skills. Adhunik Institute of Productivity Management and Research has private management. It is affiliated to Mahamaya Technical University and approved by All India Council of technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The students of this college are being imparted management education in a very cohesive, disciplined and professional environment. The Institute leaves no stone unturned to prepare its students as perfect decision-makers and pathfinder managers. Eligibility Criteria: A three-year (10+2+3) University Degree in any discipline or a four year (10+2+4) Engineering / Technology / Medicine / Other, recognized by the UGC/AIU/AICTE are eligible for Post Graduation, with not less than 50% overall aggregate marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to the Reserved category, as per norms). You can apply for the program when you are about to appear your final year bachelor degree examinations. If you have passed or have appeared for your graduation examination from a University where Grade Point Average (GPA) is awarded, you will need to produce in writing from the University concerned about the equivalent percentage for the GPA/CGPA obtained.

Education is incomplete without an adequate training in the laboratory - demonstration, experimentation and analysis. The laboratories are equipped, keeping in view the training for the basics of the subject and also the research and industrial requirement. Wi-Fi facility: Installation of Wi-Fi has been carried out to facilitate e-Learning. There are Wi-Fi enabled classrooms and hostel rooms, with allow the students to get their notes from the internet.
The Boys' and Girls' Hostels are located on the campus. Hostel dinning services provide good quality and nutritious food to students and the Menu is regularly reviewed by a Committee of students and faculty members in accordance with the tastes and likings of the students.
Fully computerized library has all the necessary and well stocked study material which is operational for more than 8-10 hours a day. The well stocked library with overwhelming titles all of which are issued to students on weekly basis. Apart from all these books the library also subscribes a number of journals, magazines and newspaper related to each course. There is a spacious reading room fro the benefit of the students. The students are required to use library regularly as a part of their curriculum programme. AIPMR offers a learning environment as diverse and unique as the interest of the students.
The Institute has medical centre with a full time physician to look after the medical health of the students. Medical centre fulfills the medical needs and looks after health problems of the students in order to provide them with a caring and sharing environment. The parents / guardians are required to furnish a physical / medical certificate at the time of admission. First aid medical facility is available round the clock.

College is extending canteen facility in the campus itself from the beginning. Delicious dishes are served in the canteen which includes snacks, soft drinks, meals etc. The items are given at subsidized rate to the Staff and Student community of this institution.
